There are two steps to our response. After you submit your inquiry you will receive an automated confirmation at your U of M email address within 15 minutes. You will receive a response to your inquiry at your U of M email address as soon as possible, but please allow one business day for a response. If you are reporting a technical problem with the EPT, please submit a Problem Report.
